Bangladesh 2004	Bus project for Dhaka Appointed by Swedish Sida to undertake an assessment of a continuation of Swedish financing support for bus transport in the City of Dhaka. The project would included financing of a further 95 double-decker buses together with a package of technical and management assistance to the bus operator.
Jamaica 2004	Kingston MetroExpress pre-feasibility study An abandoned railway connecting Kingston City with the satellite cities Portmore and Spanish Town could have the potential to be developed into a busway. A pre-feasibility study was undertaken and presented in October 2004.
Vietnam 2003-2004	Ho Chi Minh City Urban Transport Master Plan (HOUTRANS) Subcontracted by Almec to provide bus operation planning expertise in a major urban transport planning project financed by Japanese JICA. The project provided advisory and planning for the short, medium and long term development of Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam.
Jamaica 2002-2004	Bus company reconstruction in Kingston Engaged by the Ministry of Public Utilities and Transport to provide a package of technical assistance to the municipal bus company JUTC in order to improve performance. For a period, a Managing Director and other staff was provided.
Lithuania 2003	Urban transport in Siauliai Engaged by the Swedish Foreign Ministry as advisors in the assessment and monitoring of a project intended to develop the public transport system in Siauliai.
Afghanistan 2003	Afghanistan Transport Sector Review CONTRANS was subcontracted by Hifab to draft the public transport section of a National Transport Sector Review financed by Sida and ADB.
